Compose unified coherent paragraphs that develop topic sentences with detailed support. Compose essays using various rhetorical strategies. Compose essays with a developed thesis. Compose a research paper following commonly accepted standards. Utilize various strategies (discovering ideas, providing evidence, idea organization, revising and editing) to write essays in class and outside of class.
