ORGL 903 - Organizational Psychology
An examination of relevant factors in the realms of organizational behavior, social psychology, and the psychology of groups and individuals in business and team environments in contemporary organizations. This course covers the concepts of leadership, motivation, group dynamics, personality, organizational development strategies, and other behavioral aspects involved in the effective management of an organization through readings, lecture, video, discussion, and group exercises. Prerequisites: Matriculation into graduate degree program at FSU.
