HLTH 310 - Exercise Testing and Prescription
Designed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct the field and laboratory procedures used to assess the health-related components of physical fitness in both apparently healthy and special populations. Emphasis is placed on conducting various health-related fitness assessments and using results to develop appropriate and individually tailored physical activity prescriptions. Prerequisites: HLTH 302 Exercise Physiology; can be taken concurrently.
