FSHM 310 - Retail Buying and Analysis I
A study of concepts, principles and techniques used by retail buyers to plan and buy merchandise. Topics include pricing, terms of negotiation, mark down/up, average stock, analysis of inventory, stock to sales ratio, and open to buy. Prerequisites: FSHN 245 Research Methods for the Fashion Industry; and STAT 107 Business Statistics or STAT 117 Introduction to Statistics.
