CSCI 300 - Artificial Intelligence
An introduction to cognitive science and efforts to implement intelligence in computer hardware and software, with application areas. Topics include search, knowledge representation, reasoning, uncertainty, learning, embodied interaction, future prospects, and philosophical considerations. Concepts are demonstrated with software. Prerequisites: CSCI 130 Computer Science I using Java or CSCI 156 Python Programming for Applications, and MATH 206 Discrete Mathematics I.
