MGMT 381 - Human Resource Management
A study of the personnel function within profit and non-profit organizations. The course covers the procurement, development, compensation, integration and maintenance of personnel. NOTE: Students may not receive credit for both this course and BADM 381 Human Resource Managment. Prerequisite: MGMT 280 Applied Organizational Theory and Management.
