PRDV 72925 - Impact of Proverty and Stress on Young Learners
Designed for the infant, toddler, preschool and kindergarten teacher. The course examines the complexities and the effects of poverty, stress and neglect on the development of young children. Participants explore misconceptions about the relationship between learning and poverty and develop strategies for improving their classroom practice and student achievement.
