For beginning or intermediate level students to engage more deeply with English language as it is expressed in human interactions and presented artistically in films and stories. Students learn and practice vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and American culture in the context of story-telling, dialogues, and films. This course is not suitable for students who have never studied English before. NOTE: This class meets 4 hours per week.
