A focus on the management of planned change in organizations. Covering techniques for strategic implementation as well as new ideas and practices, the activities of the course include development of organizational change through an action research project as well as practice through case study.
Prerequisite: MGMT 900 Foundations of Human Resources Management and MGMT 904 Management and Leadership.
