MGMT 922 - Employment Law
An investigation of the legal perspective of employer/employee relationships in today's complex business environment. Most aspects on federal and state laws related to employment relationships at all stages of the employment process are covered in detail from both business and human resources viewpoints. Prerequisite: MGMT 900 Foundations of Human Resource Management.
