NUTR 483 - Medical Nutrition Therapy
An integration of pathophysiology, biochemistry, and nutrition concepts that form the basis for medical nutrition therapy in health care. Case study discussions and nutrition care plans are included. An additional three-hour lab is required for Coordinated Program in Dietetics students. Prerequisites: NUTR 374 Human Nutrition Science and NUTR 381 Introduction to Nutrition Practice.
