A well researched business plan is required for the acquisition of funding for a new business or expansion of a current retail enterprise. A buying plan is developed utilizing both unit and dollar planning techniques. Topics include Competitive Positioning Strategy, Geographic Information Systems, Open-to-Buy, and Budget Planning Methods.
