An application of concepts of CQI organizational dynamics and outcome measures, informatics, and financial management in a variety of health care settings. Students work closely with a leader on organization-designated projects and experience role modeling while contributing to the functioning of the health care organization. Prerequisite: NURL953 Role in Health Care Systems.
