SMKT 312 - Advanced Sales Skills
A study and practice of advanced selling skills, communication strategies and techniques used to identify and leverage industry-specific prospects and client needs in order to build relationships and close sales. Industry specific sales role plays are used. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools, such as Salesforce, are covered. Prerequisite: MRKT 212 Sales Skills.
