ORGL 922 - Ethics in Leadership and Business
An examination of the foundational concepts of ethics in leadership and their impact within the organizational business environment. The course introduces terminology, concepts, trends, and best practices for identifying and responding to ethical and legal issues. Topics include an examination of the underlying purposes of business ethics and legal regulation and how globalization impacts on these concepts. The course also examines the challenges of being an ethical leader. Prerequisites: Matriculation into graduate degree program at FSU.
