ORGL 907 - Leadership and Team Management
An examination of the various styles of leadership and team management prevalent in modern organizations. Topics include the development of scientific management, the Theory X and Y period, group dynamics, groupthink, and the dark triad of leadership. The course also examines effective group decision making processes and examines case studies of both effective and less than effective team leadership. Prerequisites: Matriculation into graduate degree program at FSU.
