HTMG 404 - Facilities Management in Hospitality and Tourism
An examination of hospitality and tourism facilities and systems, emphasizing managerial roles in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the operations. The course develops competencies in the areas of organizing property management records and routines, protection of public and employee comfort and safety, conservation of physical assets, productivity standards, training, specific building facilities, land-use planning, and engineering utility systems. Prerequisite: HTMG 323 Hospitality and Tourism Law.
