HTMG 323 - Hospitality and Tourism Law
An examination of the fields of law specifically relevant to the management of hospitality and tourism business. Topics include contracts, torts, product liability, liquor liability, guest privacy rights, real estate acquisition/management, franchising, and related ethical considerations. Prerequisites: HTMG 202 Food and Beverage Management and HTMG 212 Hotel and Lodging Management.
