HTMG 222 - Sales and Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism
An exploration of the role and function of sales and marketing in the hospitality and tourism industry. The course introduces specialized principles for the industry including forecasting, dynamic pricing, revenue management, digital, social media, and international marketing. Standard industry software applications for managing sales and marketing are examined. Prerequisites: HTMG 100 Field Experience in Hospitality and Tourism, HTMG 101 Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism, and MRKT 181 Marketing Principles.
