FINA 480 - Senior Seminar in Finance |
A seminar that gives students an opportunity to apply knowledge of business concepts in the functional areas of accounting, marketing, finance, and management. Students use open problem-solving format and business cases to integrate knowledge of business areas and corporate strategy with financial theory.
Prerequisites: Senior standing, ACCT 221 Introduction to Managerial Accounting, BUIS 200 Introduction to Business Systems, MGMT 280 Organizational Behavior, MRKT 181 Marketing Principles, FINA 248 Managerial Finance, and two (2) 300-level or above courses from their concentration. Open to Finance majors only.
