An exploration of economic principles, analytical tools, and concepts applicable to managerial decision-making problems. Specific topics include supply and demand analysis, organization of the firm, incentive compensation, information problems and uncertainty, production and costs, market structure, pricing strategies and techniques, capital budgeting, risk analysis, and the application of game theory to managerial decisions and negotiations.
