NUTR 990 - Independent Study in Food and Nutrition |
An in-depth investigation of a specific topic in food and nutrition. May be combined with
experience in a food and nutrition care setting. Topic must be approved by the faculty advisor.
Prerequisites: NUTR 874 Human Nutrition Science, NUTR 883 Medical Nutrition Therap, and/or
NUTR 978 Public Health Nutrition.
