An examination of the financial relationship between and among the five major systems of a
school - curriculum, infrastructure, supervision, evaluation, and professional development.
Students develop an understanding of the theoretical foundations of education, the laws and
regulations pertaining to school finance, grant development and management, the interrelationship
of education and municipal financing, and the development of a school-based financial plan.
