Provides an examination of the knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality management and health promotion to individuals. The impacts of evidence-based practice, government health regulations, and performance improvement guidelines on the case management process are explored.
Prerequisites: NURM 910 Professional Foundations and Care Coordination.
