A study of the theories, principles, and concepts of organizational management including the history of management thought, the environment of management, planning, decision making, organizing, motivating people, management theories, leadership theories, effective group and team management, communicating in organizations, management control systems, and ethics and social responsibility. Prerequisites: MGMT 900 Foundations of Human Resource Management.
