EDUC 490 - Independent Study in Education |
An investigation into a topic in education selected by the student with the guidance of a faculty member in the Education Department. The student and faculty member work collaboratively to select a topic, identify the scope and sequence of the independent study, and establish required outcomes for the course. All proposals must be accepted by the instructor and approved by the Department Chair.
Prerequisites: Two (2) courses within an Education major or minor and a minimum overall GPA of 2.80.
