An examination of the political, social, and economic changes France experienced from 1750 to 1815, known as the Revolutionary Era in France. Many historians identify the French Revolution of 1789 as the historical event that marks the birth of the "modern world".
Prerequisites: Sophomore standing and one (1) 100-level history course and sophomore standing, or permission of instructor.
