ENGL 375 - Studies in British Literature through 1680
An exploration of a special topic in British literature through 1680. Topics change each time the course is offered and may include such subjects as The Idea of the Garden in Chaucer, Spenser, and Milton; Elizabethan and Jacobean Revenge Tragedy; Life Writing in Early Modern England; The Literature of Travel and Exploration; and Reading Milton's Paradise Lost. Prerequisite: ENGL 204 Literary Study or permission of instructor.
