SMKT 360 - Sales Management and Leadership |
An exploration of the characteristics and techniques of exceptional sales managers and leaders. Management and leadership styles are examined. Students explore the similarities and differences between managing and leading while discovering their individual management and leadership styles. How managers and leaders develop high- performing teams is discussed. This course covers sales training and coaching to develop effective sales managers. Note: Students cannot receive credit for both this course and MRKT 375 Sales.
Prerequisite: MRKT 212 Sales Skills.
