SOCI 213 - Social Class |
An exploration of class inequalities and socioeconomic status. The course considers topics such as major social classes in society, determinants of class status, and interaction between social class and other social statuses. In addition, the class explores how distribution of resources affect life chances, quality of life, power, social standing, and beliefs. Note: Students cannot receive credit for both this course and SOCI 315 Social Class.
