HLTH 206 - Wellness Behavior
An introduction to health and wellness behavior from a public health perspective. The course covers determinants of health and wellness behaviors at the individual, group, institutional, community, and policy levels. Students explore the use of research and theory in promoting health and wellness behaviors. Prerequisite: HLTH 110 Wellness for Life.
