BUAN 204 - Analytical Techniques for Business |
A survey of analytical techniques for business decision making. Emphasis is placed on mathematical and statistical applications in a business context. Topics include basic functions, differential calculus for optimization applications in business, and statistical data analysis methods such as multiple regression, data visualization, chi-square test, experimental design, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Appropriate statistical software such as Excel or Tableau are used.
Prerequisite: STAT 107 Business Statistics.
