HTMG 100 - Field Experience in Hospitality and Tourism (non-credit)
A non-credit 200-hour minimum field experience in foodservice, hotel, tourism, or other hospitality setting approved by the Program Coordinator. A written evaluation of the student’s performance is required from the student’s employer. This field experience is required prior to taking a 200-level HTMG course. Prerequisite: Acceptance in the Hospitality and Tourism Management major prior to registering for course.
