BIOL 235 - Principles of Human Physiology
An overview of the functional anatomy of the human body and its physiology. Basic concepts concerning the skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, endocrine, and reproductive systems are studied. Laboratory (3 hours). Note: Students may receive credit for only one (1) of the following courses: BIOL 224 Animal Physiological Ecology, BIOL 235 Principles of Human Physiology, or BIOL 242 Human Anatomy and Physiology II. Prerequisites: A grade of C- (1.70) or higher in both an introductory biology course with laboratory and an introductory chemistry course with laboratory.
