PRDV 74124 - Creating Quick Response Codes for the Classroom |
An exploration of Quick Response (QR) codes for use in the classroom. Originally designed for industrial uses, QR codes are a matrix barcode that have become common in everyday life. Typically, a smartphone is used as a QR-code scanner, displaying the code and converting it to some useful form (such as a standard URL for a website). This course introduces participants to the design process for creating codes that can be integrated into a document or hyperlinked to a website. Participants develop strategies and resources for creating QR codes to enhance and expand their existing curriculum.
