HCAD 955 - Budgeting in Healthcare Facilities |
A description of the various budgetary systems and issues affecting the operation of health care
facilities. The course focuses upon the development and implementation of an operating
budget and annual fiscal plan. Revenue sources for the facility and the allocation of resources
to facility departments are analyzed.
Prerequisites: HCAD 924 Health Care Economics and Financing or HCAD 903 Financing Health Care Services.
