FINA 909 - Financial Concepts of Human Resource Management |
An introduction to the concepts, methods, and problems of financial analysis with a focus on topics where finance and Human Resources (HR) interact. Topics include the business implications of basic financial statements, time value of money, capital budgeting, value based management, risk management, and the basics of financial planning and forecasting.
Prerequisite: Matriculation in the Master of Arts, concentration in Human Resource Management.
