An identification of strategies for school staff to work as a team to incorporate the changes mandated by the 2010 Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act into their school day and improve the quality of school nutrition and wellness. Course is appropriate for teachers, nurses, administrators and school nutrition professionals. Topics include health curriculum frameworks, wellness policy and school meal standards.
