An review of the Checkpoints and Learning Profiles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants examine how to address the needs of students whether they are recognized as having a special need, as being an ELL, as being typical, or as being a gifted and talented learner. Using UDL principles, participants practice strategies for utilizing guidelines, checkpoints, and learning profiles and connect Student/Class Profile to tasks and checkpoints.
