PRDV 70917 - Teaching All Students by Design |
An introduction to the Principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and strategies for implementing a UDL approach in instructional settings. Participants examine strategies to implement UDL in their teaching and learning to develop curriculum and assessment. Following the basic premise of UDL, participants design curriculum that includes alternatives, making the methods and materials accessible and applicable to students with different backgrounds, learning styles, abilities, and disabilities.
