MGMT 900 - Foundations of Human Resource Management
An overview of the major functional areas of human resources management. Student develops an understanding of the mission, role and major responsibilities of strategic human resources in achieving the objectives of the organization. The course covers the functional areas of human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and employee benefits government regulation compliance.
