NUTR 993 - Independent Projects in Health and Wellness |
The development of an in-depth nutrition education project or curriculum in accordance with
nutrition education research and the instructional design developed in NUTR 973 Instructional
Technologies in Nutrition Education. Projects integrate instructional technology based in learning theory and teaching practice, and match specific teaching strategies to learning needs. Projects are developed and evaluated.
Prerequisite: NUTR 973 Instructional Technologies in Nutrition Education.
