NUTR 840 - Geriatric Nutrition
An overview of the physiological and socioeconomic aspects of aging, and their impact on nutrition. Course includes an in-depth discussion of nutritional assessment, nutrition programs, and chronic medical disorders of the older adult. Prerequisite: 34.874 Human Nutrition Science.
