This course analyzes operations and production problems encountered by profit and non-profit organizations. Topics to be studied include production system design, production planning and control, quality control, prices and costs, and the technology of materials and equipment. Prerequisites: 12.202 Quantitative Economics II and 12.373 Management Principles, or MGMT 904 (previously 12.914/24.904) Management and Leadership.
