| HCAD 930 - Managing Operations |

Focuses upon improving operations systems and service delivery within health care, public, and non-profit organizations. Topics include service design and development, quality control and assurance systems, technology utilization and application, equipment maintenance, accountability and monitoring issues, and enhancing service delivery in a cost-effect manner.
Prerequisite: MGMT 904 Management and Leadership (formerly 24.904 Managerial Theory).
