ENGL 865 - Professional Writing |
A career-oriented course introducing students to a wide variety of writing formats used in business, government, and the professions. Resumes, employment documents, letters and memos,
short proposals, public relations, advertising documents, and basic aspects of technical description are among the writing assignments. Critiquing, rewriting, editing, and word processing
are integral parts of this course. Note: Credit will not be given for this course if it is taken after Business Communication and/or Technical Writing.
